GENOME CONTEXT INFORMATION:

Each row corresponds to a replicon in an organism, each column to a gene in the candidate. The second column indicates whether the organims was included in the list used to compute the genome context scores or not. These pages shows the central gene of the cluster in the target genome and its best homolog in the reference genomes, for the genomes that contain homologs for at least 75% of the genes in the group. Only one genome per phylogenetic cluster of organisms is shown, to keep the list smaller.
