The number in the matrix indicate the position of the homolog of the gene in the replicon. All numbers are relative to the smaller one, which is assigned a position of zero. Two columns with the same number indicate that the two genes matched the same gene in that organism.

Genome browser links for gene clusters

The links below opens a genome browser BioCyc page for each cluster of genes in the target genome. These pages shows the central gene of the cluster in the target genome and its best homolog in the reference genomes, for the genomes that contain homologs for at least 75% of the genes in the group. Only one genome per phylogenetic cluster of organisms is shown, to keep the list smaller.
